Who we are

Don't Touch Purple is made by Antonio Dragan, Romania. Contact: office.adr.now@gmail.com.

What the game keeps on your phone

Your best scores, unlocked backgrounds, settings (sound, music, haptics, reduce motion), a friend's ghost score and the name you typed for it, and whether you own Remove Ads. This stays on your device. It is never sent to us, and there are no accounts.

Advertising

The free version shows ads from Google AdMob: an optional ad you can watch to continue a run, and occasionally a full-screen ad between rounds. To show, measure and protect these ads, Google may process your IP address (and a rough location derived from it), device and app information, an app-specific device identifier, and how you interact with ads. The game does not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps, so it never gives Google your device's advertising identifier.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, Google's consent form asks for your choice before any ad is requested. You can change it any time in the game: Settings → Ad Privacy.

How Google uses this data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Purchases

Remove Ads is sold by Apple. Apple handles payment; the game only learns whether you own the purchase. We never see your payment details.

What we don't do

We don't run our own analytics, don't sell data, and don't receive any personal data from the game ourselves.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

How long data is kept

Data on your phone stays until you use Settings → Reset progress or delete the game. Data processed by Google for ads is kept according to Google's policies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data and object to its processing. Because the game sends us nothing, requests about ad data are best directed to Google, but you can always write to us and we will help. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro) or the authority where you live.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new date.
